Brand & design studio

Brands built to be taken seriously.

MPro Online Service is the design partner for companies that have outgrown their first logo. Identity systems, marketing collateral and social design — built as one system, scoped in writing, delivered on an agreed date.

  • Scope and fee agreed in writing first
  • Every source file on delivery
  • Reply within one business day

What we do

Four disciplines, designed as one system.

Most brands break down at the seams — the logo says one thing, the deck says another, the feed says a third. We design the whole set together so your brand looks like itself on every screen, every print run and every post.

Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement is quoted on scope, not on a menu. These are the three shapes most projects take — tell us which one sounds like yours and we will come back with a written scope, a timeline and a fixed fee.

Brand Sprint

2 weeks

A focused engagement to land the core mark and the handful of applications you need to start trading properly.

Best for — new businesses, product launches, and anyone replacing a placeholder logo.
  • Discovery call and written brief
  • Three original concept directions
  • Two refinement rounds
  • Full file suite: AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG
  • One-page usage sheet

Identity System

4–6 weeks

The complete identity and the rules that keep it consistent — for teams who need more than one person applying the brand.

Best for — repositioning, funded startups, and companies with a marketing team to hand over to.
  • Brand audit and competitor review
  • Five directions, narrowed to one
  • Colour, type and layout system
  • Brand guidelines document
  • Core collateral and social kit

Design Partner

Monthly

An ongoing design function for teams shipping continuously — a standing allocation of design hours against a rolling queue.

Best for — teams running campaigns, launches and content without an in-house designer.
  • Agreed monthly design allocation
  • A named designer, not a ticket queue
  • Shared board with rolling priorities
  • Two business-day standard turnaround
  • Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days’ notice

No work starts without a signed scope. Every engagement is confirmed in writing — deliverables, revision rounds, delivery date and the total fee in US dollars (USD) — before we begin and before you pay anything. See our delivery policy and refund policy.

How a project runs

Four stages. No surprises in any of them.

You always know which stage the work is in, what is expected from you, and what lands next. The dates are set at the start and we work to them.

Stage 01

Discover

A briefing call and a written brief you sign off. We look at your market, your competitors and where your brand is losing ground before anything is drawn.

Stage 02

Direction

Several distinct directions explored in parallel and presented in context — not on a white square, but where the brand will actually live.

Stage 03

Refine

One direction is chosen and sharpened across the agreed revision rounds. Feedback is consolidated so the work moves forward, not sideways.

Stage 04

Handover

Every file, format and guideline, organised and named, delivered by email and download link — with full commercial rights transferred to you.

From the studio

A look at how we think.

Client work stays under confidentiality until each brand chooses to launch it. What follows are in-house concept marks and visual directions developed in our own studio — an honest sample of the range we design in.

Our commitments

What you can hold us to.

These are not marketing lines. They are the terms we work under, written into every engagement and published in full on our policy pages.

Scope in writing before we start

Deliverables, revision rounds, delivery date and the total fee in USD, confirmed by email before any payment is taken.

An answer within one business day

Every enquiry, revision request and support message is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Every source file, on delivery

Editable vectors plus every export for web, print and social — organised, clearly named, and yours to keep.

Full commercial rights transfer

On final payment you own the approved designs outright and can use them anywhere, for as long as you like.

Revisions defined, not vague

The number of rounds is stated up front. If the brief changes, we re-quote before doing the work — never after.

You talk to the designer

The person doing the work is the person you email. No account layer, no ticket queue, no handoff you did not agree to.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

If something is not covered here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it before you commit than after.

What does a project cost?
Every project is quoted on its scope, so there is no menu price. As a guide, a Brand Sprint typically falls in the low four figures, a full Identity System is a larger engagement in the mid four figures and up, and Design Partner arrangements are billed monthly against an agreed allocation. All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). You receive a written quote with a fixed total before anything is agreed, and we do not begin work or take payment until you have approved it.
How long does a project take?
A Brand Sprint runs about two weeks; a full Identity System four to six weeks. Delivery dates are agreed in writing at the start of the engagement, and the clock starts once the brief is signed off and the deposit has cleared. Timelines depend on feedback arriving within the agreed windows — our delivery policy sets out both sides in full.
What files do I actually receive?
Editable vector sources (AI, SVG, EPS) plus flattened exports for every context you will need — PNG and JPG at web and print resolution, print-ready PDF, and correctly sized assets for each social platform. Identity System engagements also include a brand guidelines document as a PDF. Everything arrives organised into named folders by email and secure download link.
Who owns the finished design?
You do. On receipt of final payment, full commercial rights in the approved final designs transfer to you, with no ongoing licence fee and no restriction on how or where you use them. Unselected concepts and working files remain ours. The full position is set out in our terms of service.
How do revisions work?
Each engagement includes a stated number of revision rounds — a round being one consolidated set of feedback from you and one revised presentation from us. If a request falls outside the agreed brief, we tell you before doing the work and quote for it separately. We never invoice for scope you did not approve in advance.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us at the first presentation rather than at the end. If the initial concepts miss the brief, we will explore a further direction at no extra cost. If we still have not produced something usable within the agreed rounds, our refund and cancellation policy sets out exactly what you are entitled to and how to claim it, including the timeframes involved.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send us yours and we will review and sign it before the briefing call. If you do not have one, we treat everything you share as confidential by default and do not publish any client work without written permission — which is why the work shown on this site is our own studio material.
Who are we and where are you based?
MPro Online Service is the trading name of MKEYPRO ONLINE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. We operate as a remote-first studio and work with clients across time zones. Our full company details are in the footer of every page and on our about page.
