Privacy Policy

What information we collect through this website and in the course of an engagement, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by MKEYPRO ONLINE LLC, trading as MPro Online Service, of 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything on this page at Support@mpronliceservice.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the project brief form, email us or call us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company or brand name, website address, the type of project, your indicated budget range and timeline, how you found us, and whatever you write in the message itself.

Information collected during an engagement. If you become a client we also process the material you share with us for the purpose of the work — briefing documents, existing brand assets, copy, contact details for people on your team, and billing details such as the invoicing name and address.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data when you visit — IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and available.

What we do not collect. We do not collect card or bank account numbers. Payments are handled by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and card details are entered directly with them. We never see or store your full card number. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Marketing

We do not add enquirers to a mailing list. We will not send you marketing email unless you have separately and expressly asked us to, and if you ever do opt in you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message or emailing us. Submitting the project brief form is not consent to marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Web hosting — Hostinger, who host this website and its email.
  • Payment processing — our payment processor, for card and bank payments against invoices.
  • Accounting and tax — our accountants and, where required, tax authorities.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers or insurers, where genuinely necessary.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a regulator.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States or elsewhere. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for those transfers.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements — 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
  • Client project files and correspondence — 12 months after completion, so we can re-issue files on request.
  • Invoices and accounting records — seven years, as required for tax purposes.
  • Server log data — retained by our host in line with their standard retention period.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

8. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies that WordPress and our caching layer require to serve pages correctly and to keep logged-in administrators signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not operate third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

9. Security

This website is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to client files and correspondence is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and accounts are protected by strong, unique credentials. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we will notify you and any relevant authority promptly if a breach affecting your information occurs.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
  • ask us to provide your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it, at any time; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under United States state privacy laws, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

11. How to exercise a right

Email Support@mpronliceservice.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge within one business day and respond substantively within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first — usually by confirming details from an existing exchange. There is no charge for making a request.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to the attention of current clients.
